音読と多読に励む受講生のChikakoさんがお孫さんとのことをリレーエッセイを書いてくれました。なんと！生まれて初めての英語作文でした。

I recommended my granddaughters to learn English at Mirai this spring.
The younger one just said “yes” that’s what I wanted to hear. But the older one asked me “Aren’t the teachers strict?”
I said “No, they aren’t. They are kind and say a lot of fun things.” But she still kept asking me the same question. She is very shy.

Their mother had wanted the older sister to learn English more than the younger one because the younger one is only a first grader while the older is a fourth grader and she is going to start English at school next year.

They decided to come to Mirai at last but they were very nervous at first.

Now they enjoy both English and Mirai. We often talk about “tadoku” and “BB cards”. We are happy!

The older sister says that she is sad because her class is on Monday and sometimes there’s no class because of holidays.
I’m glad that she likes to learn at Mirai.
