The Japanese team in the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup is off to a great start. This team has won all 3 games in their group. Not only have they won them all, but they haven’t given up a single goal! Their first game was against Zambia, and they won 5-0. Then they beat Costa Rica 2-0. Spain was supposed to be a strong rival, but Nadeshiko Japan beat them 4-0. Japan has the best record of any team, and Japanese midfielder Miyazawa Hinata is the top scorer in this tournament with 4 goals. Don’t forget to watch Japan play Norway in the next stage on Aug 5.
