The Craziest Race
Have you ever run 400 meters? I think I could finish a regular 400-meter race, but there is one 400-meter race that I could not finish. Red Bull, the company that makes an energy drink of the same name, sponsors the steepest race in the world. People run up a 400-meter ski jump! The ski jump is so steep that runners need to use their hands as well as their feet to go up the steepest parts. Red Bull holds about 20 of these races in different countries every year, and the last race was held on May 20 in Sapporo at the Mt. Okura Ski Jump. The Red Bull 400 is definitely one of the craziest races in the world!
