Watch a Musical!
If you like musicals, you are in luck! Theaters around the world have closed because of COVID-19, and in Japan, Gekidan Shiki has stopped performing musicals until things get better. So how can I say that you are in luck? Because there is a special channel on YouTube called The Shows Must Go On. It shows one complete musical show for 2 days each weekend. We watched “The Phantom of the Opera” for free last weekend. The next show will be the sequel (“zokuhen”), “Love Never Dies.” The Phantom is back, but this time he is in New York, not in Paris.
