“Kei” is a restaurant in Paris. It is named after the owner and chef, Kobayashi Kei. He is in the news now because his restaurant has just gotten three stars from the Michelin guide book. That is the highest rating you can get for a restaurant. This is the first time that a Japanese chef in France has received three stars. You have to go to Paris to taste his food, but you should take a look at it on the Internet. Kobayashi said that he doesn’t need pictures on the walls of his restaurant because his dishes are colorful enough. He is right. They are works of art!
