Readers’ Corner: Feeling Nostalgic
I had my bathroom remodeled last week. I couldn’t use the bathroom for three days, so I went to the local public bath. I had never been there since I moved to this area. It was clean and not very crowded. That reminded me of my college days. When I was a college student about 50 years ago, I lived alone in a small apartment. It didn’t have a kitchen or a toilet, let alone a bathroom. Almost every day, I went to the public bath. Happy memories not only of the public bath but of other things came back to me while I was soaking in the big, comfortable bathtub. I enjoyed feeling nostalgic.
