Hints for Reading in a Foreign Language
Have you ever read book in English? It can be very difficult if you don’t know a lot of words, but it can be fun. I have just finished reading a novel in Japanese, and I really enjoyed it. I have two suggestions for people who want to read in a foreign language. First, choose a book that you can’t stop reading. I read a mystery, and I really wanted to know who the killer was. I couldn’t put the book down. It took me two weeks, but I finished it. Second, read an e-book. If you read a book on a tablet or an e-book reader, you don’t have to stop and open your dictionary. You can look up the words that you don’t know just by touching them.
