Summer Homework and Fujimae
Today is the last day of the school summer vacation for most children, but many of them are not playing. They are busy finishing their summer homework because they have to hand it in to their teachers tomorrow. We have met a lot of these children at the Fujimae Tidal Flat centers this summer because part of their summer homework is to study the environment. Fujimae Tidal Flat is one of the places that they can come to learn about SDGs. We are happy to meet them and show them around. I like to show them all the living creatures in our fish tanks, and I always talk about my favorite fish, the mudskipper. I hope that seeing these creatures will make them realize how important nature is.
