Butterfllies Everywhere
When I go out for a walk between 6 and 7 a.m., it isn’t so hot. During the day, the temperature goes up over 35 degrees, but early in the morning the temperature drops down to about 25 degrees. That feels cool at this time of year. People are walking their dogs, but it isn’t just people and dogs who are enjoying the cooler mornings. There are a lot of butterflies out. I especially like the large black ones. I think they are called black swallowtail butterflies. They fly slowly from flower to flower. Do they fly around in the middle of the day, too? I don’t know because I try to stay inside when it’s really hot.
