The End of Scalpers?
Do you know what scalpers are? They are people who stand outside a stadium or concert hall and sell tickets at a higher price than what they paid for them. There are scalpers all over the world. I’ve seen them at baseball games in Japan and in the U.S. Selling tickets for higher prices is against the law, so scalpers are very careful. They don’t want the police to arrest them. These days, many events have stopped selling paper tickets in order to stop scalping. You need your own smartphone and your own phone number to buy an e-ticket and download it. Is this the end of scalpers? I don’t think so. There are still many events and sports that have paper tickets.
